Did you know that only 1/3 of the leading roles are given to woman?
More generally when there is a female character in a movie, she is usually co-staring with an actor. And in most of the movies woman are here to show their body, not their intelligence! Too bad.
There are only 23% of the directors that are women! Is this a part of the answer?
